Born in New York City and raised between the U.S. and the Dominican Republic, I’ve always lived at the intersection of cultures, experiences, and people. My introduction to hospitality began in the Dominican Republic, where I hosted my own ticketed events—an early glimpse into the art of curating unforgettable experiences. That passion quickly became a lifelong pursuit.
I’ve spent over a decade in luxury hospitality, with a career that’s taken me from the nightlife scene of NYC to the high-energy world of Miami and now to one of the most prestigious addresses in the world—Atlantis The Royal in Dubai, where I currently serve as a Guest Relations Manager. My previous roles include VIP host at Tao Group (2015–2020) and VIP services at E11EVEN Miami, two environments where relationship-building and personalized service were the foundation of success.
At the core of everything I do is a deep belief in connection. I focus on building genuine relationships, understanding the unspoken needs of clients, and delivering access and service that feel effortless—but are anything but ordinary.
